Jesse then moved on to weld stainless and carbon steel piping while working as a Millwright assembling pump skids. When Jesse entered the process piping industry, he quickly moved from a welder and pipefitter into a Crew Leader position. Because of his desire to bring quality workmanship and overall customer satisfaction to the process piping industry, Jesse took the plunge and created Upgrade Process, LLC.
When Jesse is not working he enjoys spending time with his wife, Melissa, and their two sons.
